1. Application in prescribes form with Rs. 5/- court fees stamp

2. Birth certificate

3. School Leaving/ Bonified Certificate.

4. Voting Card/ Aadhar Card (only as identity proof)

5. Marriage Certificate (incase of married woman)

6. Passport copy (not compulsory)

7. Self Declaration.

8. If Government  employee—Service book, pension book/order ( Self attested).

9. Latest House Tax Receipt.

1. Application in prescribes form with Rs. 5/- court fees stamp ( Form no. III)---- CIVIL REGISTRATION, CORRECTION OF AADHAR CARD

2. Birth certificate

3. Voting Card/Aadhar Card (only as identity proof)

4. Latest House Tax Receipt.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CHARACTER  CERTIFICATE:

 

1. Application in prescribes form with Rs. 5/- court fees stamp ( Form no. III)---- ( RTO---DRIVING BADGE)

2. DRIVING LICENSE

3. Voting Card/Aadhar Card (only as identity proof).

4. Latest House Tax Receipt.
